Cancellation Policy

• If you are unable to keep to your scheduled appointment, please give 24hr notice otherwise you will be charged for your treatment
• Cancellation with less than 24 hr notice will be charged 50% of the treatment value
• Cancellation less than 1 hour notice will be charged 100% of treatment value
• All no show appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment value
